Riggs - Looks great, works great, love it!I bought this originally to have around the house for family and guests who are coffee drinkers to replace the old cone style filter I had that huge and cumbersome and didn't work very well. I drink coffee occasionally but not often enough to justify spending $150 on the fancier Keurigs. This was priced right (purchased on another site on sale during black Friday, sorry Amazon!), matched my red themed kitchen, and is small enough to keep on the counter.
That being said, since having this thing I have fallen in love! It is pretty straight forward to use. I made a couple mistakes on my first use:
Don't have the K-cup lid open while pouring in the water! The way it works is you pour the water in the reservoir, then open the K-cup lid and the water drains into the heater or whatever. So if you have the lid open already...yea the water goes everywhere when you close the lid.
If you fill above the 10oz circle in the reservoir, the extra water will leak into the drip tray. Unless you're like me and removed the drip tray to fit a little bigger cup, then the water goes everywhere...again.
Besides my short comings it is a great little machine. My coffee comes out piping hot and the sampler pack came with some yummy selections. I am a huge tea drinker (hence why I don't drink much coffee) and so far haven't found a K-cup tea I care for.
All in all I am glad I purchased this and am drinking more coffee as a result! I plan on ordering a re-usable K-Cup so I can use my own coffee. - Lisa S. - Really Works!!This product has brought me such peace of mind. I was leery of ordering it because it is expensive but I considered the cost of the medications that seemed to be the alternative and realized they would quickly add up to this initial cost. I also like that this option is completely natural. It really works and takes moments a day. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering this embarassing problem.
