  • J. Rossi - The overlooked album

Pink Floyd first stirred the music world in 1967 when their live London club shows became nearly infamous. Slowly but surely the lineup solidified and the band of course went on to create Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall. In all the fuss over those albums Animals got lost in the mix; Animals is the album where these lads shine. Roger Waters' lyrics were never more potent and poisonous, Dave Gilmour's guitars soar and complement the music perfectly, and Nick Mason overcomes his "adequate" status on drums by pounding the skins with more fury and precision than ever. For proof of how great this album is, check the last two or three minutes of "Sheep," where all four band members create and maintain a powerful, soaring closing fit for the running of the bulls.

  • - It's Amazing how this simple diet really works!

I'm following the "specific carbohydrate diet" book for one year and I have regained my health. I'd been struggling with colitis and the side effects from drugs for years. I'm getting off all the drugs with the help of this diet. Thank You Ms.Gottshall !

  • Chameleon - Personal Journal

I read Facing Love Addiction after reading Dr. Andy's excellent book How to Survive Loving a Narcissist (A Book About Narcissism) - Narcissism Book which was such a great resource for understanding how we become love addicted in a forthright and helpful manner.

Facing Love Addiction was an additional tool for understanding this vague concept. I personally had never heard of being addicted to love. The signs, the advice, and the things you learn about yourself while reading this book are truly remarkable. A personal journey where you actually come out a different person not only to yourself but to people around you is life-changing.

The words of the author, Pia Mellody, ring in my head as I encounter the different phases of a relationship - whether it be from an ex or someone I have recently met. She is really an expert and Facing Love Addiction provides a wealth of advice on self-empowerment and becoming the your best self.
