I cut down the product, but, it seemed to still be too heavy. Now I use a tiny bit of my regular shampoo first, a tiny bit of my regular contitioner and then a less than a dime of WEN...perfect. I am getting complimets on my hair. My hair is healthy, looks really thick, is very shiny. Fot the first time ever a hairdresser said I have fine hair but a lot of it. I have never been told I have a lot of hair. If you are having problems with the product I suggest you play with the amount you use and how you use it. I will never go back to not using it.
