Yoga, Zen Energy, Cardio Boxing, Toning, dance (which i'm not that great at) lol, ab workouts, arms, legs, back, it's got so much to do and helps keep my workouts fun and new and exciting. I will buy the next one as well! It also keeps up with calories burned and helps you to see if your form is right for the workout you're doing. I'm not sure I agree with the amount of calories you burn because on any other program it is 4 or 5x's more than what this program shows but that would be my only complaint.
